In addition to pressure equipment our workshop in Coffs Harbour, supported by our highly experienced manufacturing and engineering team, provides a leading service to the region in the supply of cost effective heavy engineered structural products. With 7500 m2 of workshop area supported by high capacity cranes and 10,000 m2 of hardstand area there is ample space and capacity to tackle a wide range of heavy structural projects in industries such as civil and building construction, mining, marine and oil and gas.
The quality environment fostered in the manufacture of pressure vessels on site also provides the right environment for manufacture of quality structural products and is supported by on-site heat treatment, surface treatment facilities and a NATA Certified testing laboratory. Structural Product Lines
Whilst our facilities are suited to all kinds of structural fabrication we specialize in the following product lines:
- Beams, Columns, Channels, L,T and Box Sections to any length feasible for road transportation
- Bridge, roof and support beams and girders including curved, tapered and cambered sections
- Customization of the above including all sorts of brackets, clips, gusset plates, holes, full penetration welding, machining and forming
- General Engineered Fabrications to specific codes and specifications including AS1554 and AS 4100 SP and GP Rolled and Formed components such as barrels and cones
- Certified lifting beams, storage tanks and bins
